Yes — the holiday programme will still go ahead in wet weather.
If it’s raining, we’ll run indoor activities such as table tennis tournaments, games, and tennis-related movies. If there are breaks in the weather, we’ll head back outside to play tennis as normal.
Please ensure your child brings a raincoat, just in case.
If you’re concerned about the weather for the following day and would prefer to withdraw your child, you must cancel the booking at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session will incur the full fee.
Cancellations made outside the 12-hour window can be:
Credited toward another day of the holiday programme, or
Refunded, upon request.

Booking, Payments & Reschedules
-
Yes — last-minute bookings are welcome if a space is available. Sessions can be booked right up until the start time.
Once a booking is made, cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 12 hours before the session. Bookings made within the 12-hour window are automatically locked in and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled, and the full session fee applies.
Please check your availability carefully before booking, especially for last-minute sessions.
-
You can reschedule your session as long as changes are made before the 12-hour cut-off.
More than 12 hours before lesson: ✅ You may reschedule via our online booking system at no cost.
Inside 12 hours: ❌ Full session fee applies.
Cancellations are not offered except in special circumstances. Please contact Trent to discuss.
-
Junior Group Lessons: Make-ups only if cancelled due to weather.
Adult Paid Group Lessons: If a session is cancelled by the coach, we’ll reschedule or roll it forward.
Club Hours (Ladies, Mens, Juniors): Free sessions — if cancelled, simply attend the next week.
If a player cannot attend due to personal reasons:
➜ They may reschedule if outside the 12-hour window.
➜ Inside 12 hours, the full fee applies.
-
If an adult paid group session is cancelled and you are already booked into a future session, the cancelled session will be rolled forward to the next available week, so you do not lose your paid session.
Where a player already has a future booking that would result in a double-up, the coach may manually adjust the rescheduled session to the following available date to avoid duplicate bookings.
This process ensures all paid sessions are honoured while keeping bookings accurate and fair for all players.
-
Our online booking system allows you to:
Select multiple classes
Purchase several sessions in one transaction
Sync bookings to your phone calendar
-
At this stage, each child needs to be booked one at a time. This is because the booking form captures individual details for each child (such as name, age, and programme level) to ensure correct group placement and accurate records. Once you complete a booking for one child, you can simply repeat the process for the next child; it only takes a minute. -
Payments are made when booking through our online system, which uses Stripe.
Payment methods include:Apple Pay
Google Pay
Debit/Credit Card
Payment is required upfront to confirm the booking.
